Annual Fund

At one time or another, we all find we need help.

To live in poverty is to live with uncertainty. Even when people try the best they can, sometimes it isn’t enough. Having a strong family,  stable community, and somewhere to turn to when help is needed most, changes uncertainty into hope.

For 50 years, Community Concepts has helped thousands of people overcome barriers to self-sufficiency because of caring and generous people like you. Heading into our next 50 years, we want to continue making an impact by providing services that reduce the burden of poverty─ BUT we need your support!

You can make a difference in someone’s life by making a tax-deductible donation to Community Concepts today!

When you GIVE you help elders with a ride to much needed medical treatments, you help keep people in their home communities, thriving and enjoying life, even while they deal with life-threatening health conditions.

When you GIVE  you help families to pick up the pieces of terrible crises, and you help their children stay in their school district and around their support system.

When you GIVE you help elders, people who are disabled, people with infants, and others to have heat on cold winter nights. We all know winters in Maine are long and hard, but they are also particularly difficult for our low-income families.

“We make a living from what we get. We make a life from what we give.” ~ Winston Churchill

Your gift helps us to provide support to help people achieve self-sufficiency to move out of poverty by building knowledge, skills, and assets; improving the quality of life in the communities we serve.

Will you help us to continue to move people out of poverty, by providing them with the necessary resources to support self-sufficiency?

We hope you will join us as we work to change uncertainty to hope.
